Query Letter Boot Camp Led By C.L. Clark
Sundays, February 20th + February 27th, 2022 | 1 PM ET - 4 PM ET
Tuition | $100.00
Capacity: 20 Storytellers
To get an agent or sell a book, you have to be at two almost contradictory skills: telling a good story in 100,00 words and telling a good story in 300. In this query letter boot camp, we’ll work together to do just that: condense everything you love about your book into a page that will entice agents and editors (and hopefully--eventually--readers!) to read to your first pages and beyond. We’ll look at successful query letters, discuss resources, and then craft and workshop our own. We’ll even take a peek at synopses--the query letter’s unwieldy companion. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the tools to complete your submissions packet.
